Lonnie is a results-driven, senior executive with extensive experience directing operations and business development in the electrical power-system industry. He joined Saber Power in April of 2025 through the acquisition of inoLECT, where he held the title of CEO. He has over 27 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, field service, manufacturing, and providing turn-key solutions.

Lonnie is passionate about driving customer acquisition, retention, and accelerating sales growth within an organization.  He is an analytical decision-maker with a proven ability to thrive and adapt to challenging and changing environments. He encourages a culture that enhances individual, team, and unit performance. Prior to his time at inoLECT, Lonnie worked in industrial electrical-application engineering, sales, and business development with Siemens. He held positions across several Siemens divisions and operating companies where he consistently delivered sales results above company expectations.

Lonnie holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University.
